How are providers verified?
Providers self-report their company information, projects, and certifications. Certifications are labeled "Self-reported — verify with [issuing body]" and include links to the issuing organization. We review flagged profiles and enforce our Professional Conduct Agreement. Reviews are posted by verified clients to ensure authenticity.
How do lead notifications work?
When a commercial buyer uses our AI Match Engine, we score and rank providers by fit. Premium providers receive an email notification for each matching lead including company name, industry, budget range, and contact info. Basic providers can be contacted directly through their profile without lead notifications.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription is month-to-month with no contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, your listing remains visible through the end of your billing period, then is deactivated. You can reactivate at any time.
Do you charge a commission on projects I close?
Never. EnergyStackHub charges only a flat monthly listing fee. We do not take any commission, referral fee, or percentage of projects you close through the platform. What you earn is yours.
How long does it take to get my listing live?
Your listing goes live within minutes of completing signup and activating your subscription. We recommend uploading at least 2 commercial projects and requesting your first review within the first week to maximize your match score.
Is this only for commercial providers?
Yes. EnergyStackHub is purpose-built for commercial energy services. All buyers and providers on the platform are commercial. If you primarily serve residential customers, this marketplace isn't the right fit — but you're welcome to apply if you have meaningful commercial experience.
